Ксю: [ККБ] - это я :)). Handling of oil barrels and dimensions/type Finally I would like to recommend to you that the oil barrels shall be stored into the building in an heated room: it is really important to have the oil at a not low temperature before to injected it into the mixer (mixer supplier told that the best suitable temperature in winter time would be between 50-60°C, so the mixer will not have to warm up the oil). [ККБ] Yes, we’ll store the oil barrels into the building. But the temperature in the room won’t be more than 25°C. We suppose the mixer to give enough energy to heat the oil. OK. We think that there are many suppliers for this kind of device. Concerning oil temperature we think that it would be ok (T from 1°C to 25°C): I only forwarded to you the suggestions of the mixer supplier to give you an idea about the importance of this parameter. The mixer supplier told that the best suitable temperature for oil should be between 50-60°C to obtain the maximum performances in winter time: if the temperature will be lower there could be a light decreasing of the mixer performances (or more time to make the batch), but the system will work well however. [ККБ] Oh, yes! The temperature of the oil is really important, especially in winter. I’ve consulted to Mr. Osipov and he found the idea of warm room to be brilliant. He thinks it will give us an opportunity to make sauna for workers. Unfortunately, our CEO will never confirm this intention. So we have to find another way of heating oil. A special heater for oil might be a good solution, I think. Heating directly in the mixer is another variant. Therefore I’d like to know how much would be the losses in capacity of mixer if we won’t heat oil to 50-60°C. Вот, сижу, жду ответа :))...
